Mrs. Judy Nester Hall, age 75, of Covington, died Thursday, February 22, 2024, at the Woodlands Nursing Home.

Mrs. Hall was born March 19, 1948 in Monroe County, WV, the daughter of the late Paul Franklin Nester and Velva Inez Dalton.

Mrs. Hall is survived by two sons, Kevin Clinebell and wife, Debbie and Jeff Clinebell and wife, Cassandra, both of Covington; a brother, Steve Nester and wife, Diane of WV; sisters, Denise Waid of West Virginia and Shannon Gilbert and husband, Eric; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at a later date.
