Michael “Mike” Joseph O’Hara, Sr., beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully on February 25, 2024, with his devoted and loving wife of 58 years, Marilou, by his side.

Mike was born on September 8, 1941 in Utica, New York to Evelyn (Fischer) and Martin G. O’Hara, Sr. and was the oldest of three children. Surviving Mike are his wife, Marilou; daughter Lynne, her husband Mike Cefole, and their son Andrew; son Michael O'Hara, Jr., his wife Kim, and children Emily and Jack; and daughter Jill Greene, her husband Jeff, and their children Hope and Tighe. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his 2 siblings Martin G. O’Hara, Jr and Mary Anne O’Hara.

A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30 PM on Saturday, March 2nd at St. Mary’s Church, 942 Hopmeadow Street in Simsbury. Burial will take place at a later date.
