Cora DeLois Moore

Cora DeLois Hubbard Moore, 93 of Marion, AL went to her eternal home on February 27, 2024. She was born on June 27, 1930, in Bibb County, AL to Russaw Cleveland Hubbard and Samantha McElroy Hubbard. She was a loving wife, mother and business owner.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Douglas J. Moore; her daughter, Donna Jo Moore Horton (Eddie); her sister, Glenice Hubbard Dotson; and her brother, JW Hubbard. She is survived by her daughters, LaJuana Moore Wells (Steve) of Birmingham, AL and Melissa Moore Frady (Troy) of Lillian, AL; her sister, Betty Jean Hubbard of Citronelle, AL. and her 10 grandchildren, Aimee LeCroy Turner (Brad), Keeli LeCroy Osmer (Wes), Layne Rinehart, Tanner Rinehart Horton, Jessica Frady Bettinger, Taylor Webb Vlack (Russell), Joseph Frady, Zach Rinehart (Misty), Jacob Frady (Amy), and Jordan Frady Parker. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 1, 2024, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at Marion Methodist Church in Marion. Funeral service will be at 2:00 with Rev. Len Hurston officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes, Marion Chapel directing. Interment will follow the service at Marion Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Layne Rinehart, Joseph Frady, Zach Rinehart, Bracken Osmer, Bradford Turner, Wyatt Horton, Landon Horton, and Brendon Rinehart. Honorary Pallbearers are Charles LeCroy, Al Hubbard, Kyle Hubbard, Kenny Hubbard, Stephen Dotson, and Jacob Frady.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to Marion Methodist Church.
