Bullard, 84, who passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 2:25 P.M. at Opelousas General Hospital in Opelousas.</p><p><br></p><p>Survivors include his wife of forty-nine years, Betty M. Bullard of Church Point; three daughters, Christina and husband, Jerry Nichols of Anderson, SC, Tonya and husband, Ricky Ball of El Dorado, AR, Kathy Yette of Church Point; two sisters, Bobby Shaw of Stamps, AR, and Betty Kospel of Tennessee; two brothers, Pete Bullard of El Dorado, AR, Marvin “Buck” Bullard of El Dorado, AR; seven grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>Mr. Bullard was preceded in death by one daughter, Kimberly Daigle; his parents, Robert and Ora C.
