Mr. Wayne Keith Locklear was born on March 13, 1965 in Scotland County to Brady Locklear Sr. and Aleatha D. Locklear and departed this life on May 10, 2018 completing his journey of 53 years. Mr. Locklear leaves to cherish his memories, two sons: Johnathan Locklear and Justin Locklear, of Maxton; two daughters: Lisa Lowery of Wagram and Casey Locklear of Rockfish; his father: Brady Locklear Sr. and wife Reenice of Red Springs; his mother: Aleatha D. Locklear of Red Springs; his siblings: Dennis Locklear, Brady Locklear Jr., Eric Simpson Locklear, Brad M. Locklear, Brandy Jacobs, Karl Jones, Jamie Jones, and Antonio Locklear all of Red Springs, and Kenston Breeden of Maxton; 7 grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
