<p>Katsabas, Anna Maria (Mieke) nee Pompe</p><p>At Holland Christian Homes, Faith Manor, on Friday February 23, 2024 in her 82nd year. Predeceased by her husband Constantine Katsabas. Beloved mother and grandmother of Nik Katsabas and his wife Marilyn and their children Christian, Sara and her daughter Soto Katsabas. Loved by her pets Sammy and Maggie, Missy, Ginger and Sasha who she now joins. Missed by her brothers and their families in the Netherlands. Mieke’s last years were challenged by advanced Parkinson’s and dementia which robbed much except her spitfire spirit, which never left her and her passion for her animals. She will be dearly missed at Faith Manor by residents and the wonderful nurses and caregivers. A private cremation has been held which will be followed by interment at Stone Church Cemetery in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkinson Canada or the Ontario SPCA and Humane Society are appreciated. Online condolences are welcomed at www.manganfuneralhome.com.</p>
