<p>Elizabeth “Betsy” Hobbs Panozzo, age 68, of Downers Grove, IL. Beloved wife of Douglas John Panozzo; loving mother of Daniel (Laura) Panozzo and Laura (Brian) Sorich; cherished grandmother of Maddux Elizabeth Panozzo; dear sister of Chuck Hobbs, Steven Hobbs, and Nancy Hobbs; preceded in death by her parents Charles and Edith Hobbs (Allshouse).</p><p><br></p><p>Betsy loved spending her time with her friends and family, especially her granddaughter. She loved baking and cooking. She had many interest and hobbies including quilting, sewing, knitting, reading, bike riding, golfing, and boating. She volunteered her time doing tax preparation for seniors through AARP and was an active member of St. Scholastica Church.</p><p><br></p><p>A memorial visitation is scheduled for Saturday, March 23rd, at Sullivan Funeral Home, (60 South Grant Street, Hinsdale, IL), between 9 am and 12 pm, followed by a memorial service.
