<p>Beverly Catherine Weyandt Black, age 85, of Irwin passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday February 21, 2024 in her home. Beverly was born on December 4, 1938 in Irwin the daughter of the late Eugene C. and Ella P. (McKelvey) Weyandt. Beverly retired from Beneficial Financial/Household Financial as a personal loan specialist. She was a former member of the United Presbyterian Church of the Covenant and New Hope Presbyterian Church. She loved her dogs especially her constant companion Cubbie and loved feeding her wild birds. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years Delmar Vance Black; her siblings Eugene C. Weyandt Jr., half brother Johnathan Weyandt, Patricia Klingerman, Connie Cooper and Charlotte Schmeltz; and her brother-in-law Verne Klingerman. Beverly is survived by her son Delmar V. Black II (wife Michele); her grandchildren Brittany Hatfield (Austin) and Brandon Black (Fiancé’ Kyocera Dematty); her great-grandson Aiden; her siblings Donna M. Grguric (Arthur), Charles J. Weyandt (Karen), half brothers Jack and Rick Weyandt, half sister Shelly Weyandt; sister and brothers-in-law Michelle Weyandt, George Schmeltz and Charles Cooper; and her many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She adored all of her family. At Beverly’s request there will be no visitation and services will be private. She will be buried next to her husband in the Union Cemetery, Irwin.
