Anna Cordeira

Anna Cordeira, beloved wife of James Cordeira, passed away on February 20, 2024, in Rockville Center, NY, at the age of 71. She was born on November 21, 1952, in Brooklyn, NY, to the late Angelo and Concetta Giamanco.

Anna was a devoted mother and grandmother who cherished her family deeply. She is survived by her husband, James Cordeira, her children, James Jr., John, and Joseph Cordeira, her daughters-in-law, Heather, Dawn and Jillian Cordeira, and her 8 grandchildren who were her pride and joy - Gregory, Julia, Madeline, Alexander, Nicholas, Benjamin, Ryan, and Adrianna.

Throughout her career, Anna worked as an Office Manager at Advanced Dentistry of Long Island. She was a dedicated parishioner of St. Raphael Catholic Church in East Meadow, NY, where she found solace and community.

In her free time, Anna enjoyed attending her grandkids' activities, being with her family and friends, gambling, and going on cruises. She was surrounded by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends who she cared for deeply. Her vibrant spirit and love for life will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Anna leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. May she rest in peace.
