<p>Phillip Bryan Pitts, 63, of Star City, Arkansas, passed away, Tuesday, February 20, 2024. He was born June 22, 1960, in Pine Bluff to John and Laverne Pitts.</p><p><br></p><p>Phillip was reared and graduated from White Hall High School in 1979. He was a member Dollarway Baptist Church was a faithful Christian. He loved reading his Bible and spending time with the Lord.</p><p><br></p><p>He spent his younger years on dirt tracks, racing at Midway Speedway and the C Class as number 32. Phillip loved boxing and MMA, he also enjoyed teaching his children and grandchildren about boxing. Most of all, Phillip loved his wife, children, and grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>Phillip was an operator at the Pine Bluff Street Department for 31 years, then Jefferson County Road Department for 8 years. His co-workers were like family. He loved each and everyone of them.</p><p><br></p><p>He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Barney Wells Sr.; grandson, Jacob Wells; and one brother, John Pitts.</p><p><br></p><p>Survivors include his loving wife, Cindy Moore Pitts; two daughters, Christy Johnson (Stephon) and Tammie Huante; 12 grandchildren; one sister, Donna Aud (Robert); and 2 nieces.</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be Thursday, February 22, 2024, 6:00-8:00 p.m., at Robinson and Fuller White Hall. Graveside service will be 4:00 p.m., Friday, February 23, 2024 at Graceland Cemetery.</p><p><br></p>

Phillip Bryan Pitts, 63, of Star City, Arkansas, passed away, Tuesday, February 20, 2024. He was born June 22, 1960, in Pine Bluff to John and Laverne Pitts.
