Mary Joan English (nee Black)

Passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at Matthews House Hospice in her 90th year.

Loving wife of the late William “Bill”. Loved mother of Brian (Diane), Barry (Tammy), Brad (Maryon) and the late Karen. Loved grandma of Jeff (Lisa), Jason (Hollis), Jamie (Melissa), Jackie (Jeremy), Cheri (Alex), Krystle (Patrick), Alysha, Rachel, Brooke, Erica and Cameron. Loved great grandma of Jacob, Sydney, Meyer, Pippa, Eddie, Archer, Olivia, Jackson, Isla, Easton, Renay, Keyona, Aniyah, Konnor and Mitchell. Cherished sister of the late Wilson, Paul and Gail. She will be fondly remembered by her extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Drury Funeral Centre 519 Victoria St. E., Alliston on Friday, February 23rd from 11 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 1 p.m. Interment to follow Alliston Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Matthews House Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
