Beloved husband of Michelle and father of Spencer and Lindsey. He will be dearly missed by his parents Paul and Judy Russwurm of Mildmay, brother Joe (Joanna) of Belwood, nieces and nephews Jazlyn, Jace, Ivy, Jacob, brother-in-law Adam Brusso of Ayton, sisters-in-law Kimberly (Steve Forsyth) Stapleton of Kemptville, Linda (Steven Garito) Stapleton of Caledon, father-in-law Bill (Lisa McKay) Stapleton of Port Elgin, mother-in-law Shirley (Garnet) Brooke of Meaford, and many aunts, uncles, and extended family.  He will be especially missed by his 4 legged snuggle buddy –Bella.

Greg lived and breathed Agriculture – from his days growing up on his parents’ dairy farm to his days driving the big tractors and combines for the last 13 years. He travelled a bit during his younger years, making his way to California and Wisconsin to help family friends at various dairy shows.

But his talents weren’t confined to just working in the fields. Not only was he a proud family man, but some are really going to miss out on his culinary skills as well. His many friends are going to miss his visits.

Greg is predeceased by his sister Leanne Russwurm-Brusso, grandparents Alfred and Vera Russwurm, and Clayton and Eva Hill.

Private family services will be held and a celebration of life for Greg will be from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a time of remembrance at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the Mildmay-Carrick Recreation Complex.

Interment in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, Neustadt in the spring.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Spencer and Lindsey Russwurm Trust Fund or the GoFundMe-Greg Russwurm-Michelle Spencer Lindsey,  would be appreciated by the family. Donations and condolences may be made online at www.cameronfuneralhomes.com
