It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of Margaret Ann O’Neill, Margaret passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones.


Margaret was pre-deceased by her parents Richard Perry and Nellie Perry, and Granddaughter Ashley.


Margaret is survived by her loving husband of 65 years and more than 70 years together, Robert, sons Steve (Cathy), Dave (Vicki), Nana to grandchildren Louise (Jym), Graeme (Jasmine), Jeffrey (Marissa), Christopher (Paulina), Nana or big Nana to great grandchildren Declan, Elena, Natalie, Nathan, Callum and Khloe. Margaret is also survived by her sister Maureen Peacock and brother Bill Perry, as well as sisters in law Sylvia and Susan, and many nieces and nephews and their children.


Margaret was born and raised in Manchester, England where she would meet the love of her life, Robert (Bob). Bob and Margaret moved to Canada in 1976, settling in Burnaby and eventually retiring in New Westminster. Margaret was a cornerstone of the family and has left a legacy for all generations to build on. Margaret loved family and family get together, witnessing the younger family generations enjoy and celebrate being a part of a large loving family was always her priority in life.


Church Service to be held at Trinity United Church, 2211 Prairie Ave, Port Coquitlam. On March 9th at 11:00 AM.


A celebration of Margaret’s life will be held at 22186 124 Ave, Maple Ridge after the service.
