Cisco was born and raised in Port Chester, NY and was a recent resident of Monroe Township, NJ. She died on February 12, 2024 at The Hospital of The University of Pennsylvania with her daughter, Tina and family by her side. Ida graduated from Port Chester High School in 1965 and worked as a hairdresser. On April 20, 1969 she married John (Jack) Cisco at Corpus Christi Church in Port Chester, NY. Ida is survived by her daughter, Tina Marie Cisco, her brother Enrico (Ricky) Ciancio, his wife Lois Ciancio, nieces, nephews, and brother John Ciancio. Ida is pre-deceased by her husband Jack Cisco, and her parents, Frank and Lena Ciancio. Ida will be remembered by many for her witty and outgoing personality and loved to make people laugh. She was a devoted mother and held an inseparable bond with her daughter, Tina. Ida loved animals and adored all of her pups, especially her grand-dog Twinkie. She will be missed dearly.</p>
