<p>Sharon A. Grant, 72, of Boothbay Harbor, passed away unexpectedly on February 14, 2024 with</p><p>her loving family by her side.</p><p><br></p><p>Sharon was born in Damariscotta on May 29, 1951 to Dana FL and Mary “Lorraine” (Casey)</p><p>Davis.</p><p><br></p><p>Sharon graduated from Boothbay Region High School in 1969. After school she went on to work</p><p>at Canal Bank for over 15 years and then went to work as the bookkeeper at Boothbay Region Sewer</p><p>District for 25 years before she retired.</p><p><br></p><p>She enjoyed baking, sewing, knitting and spending time with her family. One of her favorite</p><p>pastimes was feeding and watching the birds from the feeders in her front yard. She would always think</p><p>of others before herself and would do anything and everything she could do to help someone and make</p><p>them happy.</p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Richard A. Grant; a daughter, Kathleen (Grant)</p><p>Dykhuis and her husband Scott of Yulee, FL; a daughter, Amy Grant and her partner Patrick Michael of</p><p>Trevett; 2 grandchildren, Roslynn and Reagan Dykhuis of Yulee, FL and many nieces and nephews. She</p><p>will be missed dearly by everyone.</p><p><br></p><p>She is predeceased by her father, Dana F. Davis; her mother, Mary “Lorraine” Davis and a sister</p><p>Donna L. Lewis.</p><p><br></p><p>A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 22 nd at 11:00am at Evergreen Cemetery.</p><p><br></p><p>Arrangements are entrusted to Hall Funeral Home of Boothbay.</p>

Obituary

Sharon A. Grant, 72, of Boothbay Harbor, passed away unexpectedly on February 14, 2024 with

her loving family by her side.


Sharon was born in Damariscotta on May 29, 1951 to Dana FL and Mary “Lorraine” (Casey)

Davis.


Sharon graduated from Boothbay Region High School in 1969. After school she went on to work
