Eileen Joan Krick

<p>Eileen Joan Krick, the daughter of Harold and Violet (Jones) Granly was born on September 19, 1935 in Williams County, North Dakota. She died at the age of 88 years on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 surrounded by her family at the Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center in Bismarck, North Dakota.</p><p><br></p><p>Eileen was raised in Cando and graduated from Cando High School. On December 5, 1959, she was united in marriage to William Krick in Bisbee. The couple moved to Rugby in 1962 and were blessed to be married for over 60 years. Eileen worked as a CNA at the Rugby Hospital, now the Heart of America Medical Center. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, planting flowers, going for walks and baking chocolate chip cookies for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was blessed with her family and was so proud of all of them.</p><p><br></p><p>Eileen is survived by her sons, Don (Maria) Krick of Pikeville, North Carolina and Dennis (Lori) Krick of Bismarck; a daughter-in-law, Mariann (Mark) Fiechtner of Bismarck; grandchildren, Dave Krick, Bianka Hughel, Andrew Krick, Alexander Krick, Abigayle St. Germain, Alizabeth Krick, Lily Krick, Noah Krick, Parker Krick and Dominick Krick; great grandchildren, Rylee Krick, Rowan Hughel and Nora Hughel; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, William; son, Douglas, an infant daughter; a brother, Vernon; a sister, Carole and her parents.</p><p><br></p><p>Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 17 at Little Flower Catholic Church in Rugby with burial in the church cemetery in the spring. Father John Aerts, Celebrant.</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home in Rugby.</p><p><br></p><p>Casket Bearers - Grandchildren&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>
