Lucille Phelps, 81, of Iaeger, WV, passed away, Saturday, April 28, 2018, at Princeton Community Hospital in Princeton, WV.       Lucille was born June 2, 1936, in Gilbert Creek, WV, a daughter of the late Joda and Ethel Lane Cline. She was a retired McDowell County school teacher, with 31 years of service and was affiliated with the Iaeger Methodist Church in Iaeger, WV.       In addition to her parents Lucille was preceded in death by three brothers, Doug, Colin, and Claude Cline; and two sisters, Brenda and Shirley Cline.  Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Sonny Phelps of the home; one son, Marty Phelps and wife Beverly of Iaeger; three grandchildren, Chandler, Megan, and Natalie Phelps all of Iaeger; one sister, Glenda Jo Cline of Gilbert, WV; and four brothers, Barry Cline and Kevin Cline both of Gilbert Creek, WV, Robbie Joe Cline of Huntington, WV, and Wendall Cline of Oceana, WV.  Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at 12 o’clock with Pastor Ernest Williamson officiating at the Chapel of Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger, WV. Entombment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum at Princeton, WV.
