Martin Lee Hugus
<p>Mr. Martin Lee "Marty" Hugus, age 58, of Maryland, died Monday, February 12, 2024, at his residence. </p><p> Mr. Hugus was born October 3, 1965 in Maryland, the son of James Richard Hugus and Sandra Whitehair Hugus. He was a resident of this community since 1968. Marty was employed by WestRock, Inc as a laborer on #2 Paper Machine. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards and riding his Harley motorcycle. </p><p> In addition to his parents, Mr. Hugus is survived by a daughter, Britany Ann Humphrey and husband, Aaron of Covington; a grandson, Noah Orion Humphrey; four brothers, Glen Richard Hugus of Covington, Rex David Hugus and girlfriend, Shannon of Indianapolis, IN, John Russell Hugus and wife, Amy of Fisher, IN, Shane Christopher Hugus and wife, Sarah of Shelbyville, IN; and a number of nieces and nephews.</p><p> Mr. Hugus was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Howard Hugus.</p><p> A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Good News Church On Main with Pastor Steve Noel officiating.</p><p> The family will receive friends on Thursday from noon until time of service at the church.</p><p> The family suggest that memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the Falling Spring Rescue Squad, P.O.
