Joe Duncan Jr the son of Joe Duncan Sr. and Mary Jo (Sawney) Duncan was born November 10, 1958, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Joe departed this life at home on February 8, 2024, in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 65 years, 2 months and 27 days.

Joe loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He was a fan of racing, enjoyed SRC racing and Nascar. Joe enjoyed collecting muscle cars, going to cruise nights, watching college football, which Nebraska was his favorite team. Joe loved cooking for his girls, granddaughters, canning kraut, making fried cornbread and bean patties was his specialty. Joe loved getting visits from his brother Jimmy and sister Louann, which he loved them like no other, he will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife Edna (Pettit) Duncan; second wife Belinda (Day) Duncan; granddaughter Taylor Nicole Augare and two infant great-grandchildren and his nephew Jimmy (Tootie) Duncan Jr.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his children Amy Augare and husband Mark of Stilwell, Etta Littledeer and husband Anthony of Stilwell, Amanda Foster and husband Josh of Siloam Springs and Haley Duncan and companion Andrew Hernandez of Springdale; his brother Jimmy Joe Duncan and wife Mary Alice of Stilwell; his sister Lou Ann Duncan of Stilwell; aunt Betty and uncle Watie Glass of Stilwell; sisters-in-law LaDonna Pettit of Bunch, Stella Daugherty of Stilwell, brothers-in-law Donald Pettit, David Pettit of Bunch, Wilson Pettit Jr. and wife Vicki of Brushy; his grandchildren Emily, Ella and Athena Littledeer, Gracie and Edna Augare, and Keithan Ketcher all of Stilwell, and great-grandchildren Kambria Enneking, and Raindancer Ketcher. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relative also survive him.
