Victoria Constance Schmidt Obituary

Victoria “Vicky” Constance Schmidt of Eden Grove passed away at home on Saturday, February 3, 2024, in her 71st year. Beloved wife of Elmer and loved mother of Jeannie of Port Elgin. Vicki will be dearly missed by her siblings Eleanor Huffman of Chesley, Iris Smith of Mount Forest, Milton (Arlene) Turner of Whitechurch, Lynne (Jim) Thompson of Burgoyne, Hugh (Marion) Turner of Guelph, brother-in-law Leonard Ferrier of Gravenhurst, mother-in-law Helen Schmidt, sisters-in-law to Cathy (J.D.) Elphick of Pinkerton, Alan (Judy) Schmidt of Cargill, Theresea (Steve) Eckenswiller of Walkerton, Mary-Lou Neil of Pinkerton, and many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her siblings, Gail Ferrier, Walter (Gwen) Turner, parents Hugh and Evelyn Turner, brothers-in-law Fred Smith and Charlie Neil, and father-in-law Bill Schmidt.

Friends and relatives are invited for visitation from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Cameron’s in Walkerton. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at Cameron’s in Walkerton. Connie Weber officiating. Reception at Chepstow Lion’s Park to follow.

Interment in Mary Immaculate Cemetery, Chepstow.
