Jimmy Brewer

Jimmy Brewer, age 70, of Corbin, Kentucky, departed this life on Friday, April 13, 2018, at his home in Corbin. He was the son of the late Arthur and Rita (Alsip) Brewer, born to them on December 8, 1947, in Corbin, Kentucky. Jimmy was an employee of Wayne Supply where he worked for 30 years in the parts department ,was of the Baptist faith, and a member of the Poplar Grove Baptist Church . Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife :Kathy Diane Brewer, and his father-in-law: Charles Durham Jr. Jimmy is survived by, one daughter: April Wetherill and husband Chad. Brother: Bobby Hart and wife Brilla: Sister: June Brewer and two grandchildren: Abby and Caleb Wetherill and his mother - in-law: Velma Durham all of Corbin, Kentucky. Jimmy also leaves behind a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 16, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the O'Neil - Lawson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton officiating. Graveside services will follow on Tuesday morning, April 17, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. in the Locust Grove Cemetery in Keavy. isitation will be Monday, April 16, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at the O'Neil - Lawson Funeral Home.
