<p>Lebanon, ME</p><p><br></p><p>Cory William Guy, 42 years, a resident of Lebanon, died Wednesday, January 31, 2024 following a courageous battle with cancer.</p><p><br></p><p>Cory was born June 17, 1981, a son of James W. Guy and Susan M. (Gauthier) Guy and graduated from Noble High School. </p><p><br></p><p>He was employed by the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard for 16 years and retired in 2021. Cory spent all 42 years determined to live life to the fullest.</p><p><br></p><p>Cory loved to make people laugh, always telling jokes, and had a meme for every occasion. He enjoyed four-wheeling, boating and fishing, traveling, and attending college and professional sporting events. Most of all, Cory loved spending time with his friends and family.</p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Diana (Tompkins) Guy, of Lebanon; his beloved son, William “Willy” Guy; his father, James W. Guy, of Berwick; his mother, Susan M. (Gauthier) Guy, of Lebanon; his brothers, James R. Guy and Eric S. Guy, both of Berwick; his sister, Oaklyn Guy of Berwick; his in-laws, Randy and Nancy Tompkins, of Greenland; brother in-law, Brian Tompkins, and wife Cherise, of Barrington; nieces and nephews, whom he adored; several aunts, uncles, and cousins, and too many friends to count, including his partner in crime, Todd Brooks, of Berwick. </p><p><br></p><p>Cory touched the lives of many and left a lasting impact on everyone he met. </p><p><br></p><p>A Celebration of Life is planned by the family at a later date.</p><p><br></p><p>Cory and his family want to thank Hospice of Southern Maine for their support, guidance, and love through this process. </p><p><br></p><p>To share a memory or leave a message of condolence, please visit Cory’s Book of Memories Page at www.bibberfuneral.com http://www.bibberfuneral.com</p><p><br></p><p>Arrangements are in care of Bibber Memorial Chapel, 62 Cemetery Road, Berwick, ME 03901.</p>
