Linda J. (Mohn) Ratynski, 75, of Maiden Creek Township, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at the Laureldale Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was the wife of Michael J. Ratynski.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Willard R. and Adelina (Raffanilla) Mohn.

She was a 1966 graduate of Muhlenburg High School.

Linda began her career at US Insurance Company, where she processed dental and medical claims. She then transitioned to Lumas Insurance Company, where she continued to excel in her role and eventually became a Senior Examiner. Linda discovered a newfound joy in her second profession as she embarked on a journey of driving school buses for the Berks County Intermediate Unit. However, what truly brought her immense satisfaction was the opportunity to interact with her beloved Holy Guardian Angel Students on a daily basis.

Linda was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Fleetwood Legion Post # 625 and a life-time member of the Ladies Auxiliary Victor Emanuel. She engaged in various activities such as camping, taking leisurely walks with her dog in the park, indulging in shopping, and trying her luck at bingo.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children, Michelle L., wife of Neil R. Brown, Muhlenburg Township and Michael A., husband of Elizabeth Griesemer, Leesport; and four grandchildren: Matthew, Emily, and Abigail Griesemer, and Jenna Brown.

She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Amber Brown.
