Vivian Cleo Riggs, 91, of Rogersville passed away Friday, April 6th, 2018 at Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home. She was a member of Elgin Church of Christ. Visitation will be Sunday, April 8th from 12 – 2 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow in the chapel with Ray Tucker officiating. Burial will be in Civitan Cemetery. Mrs. Riggs was preceded in death by her husband, L.B. Riggs; three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her son, Larry (Wanda) Riggs; grandchildren, Doug (Chasity) Riggs, Stacie (Jon) Campbell and Todd Riggs; great-grandchildren, Parker, Alivia, Lanie, Karlie, Hadlie and Paislie; siblings, Faye Stewart, Othel Davis and Joann Davis.
