<p>Stanley A. Rapchak, Jr., 82, of New Castle passed away the afternoon of January 27, 2024 at Haven Convalescent Home.</p><p><br></p><p>Born in New Castle on December 9, 1941, Stanley was the son of the late Stanley and Sue M. Panella Rapchak.</p><p><br></p><p>Stanley was an electrical technician by trade. He had worked in the broadcasting field for General Electric, RCA, WBZY and WKST among others.</p><p><br></p><p>He was a member of Holy Spirit Parish. Stanley was a car enthusiast and enjoyed working on cars.</p><p><br></p><p>Stanley is survived by his brother, Thomas P. Rapchak (Nancy) of New Castle and his sister, Suzanne Lagnese (Nick) of New Castle and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>A Private Blessing Service will be held for the family at Ed &amp; Don DeCarbo Funeral Home &amp; Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road. Father Benjamin Barr will officiate.</p><p><br></p><p>Entombment will be in Parkside Mausoleum.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

Stanley A. Rapchak, Jr., 82, of New Castle passed away the afternoon of January 27, 2024 at Haven Convalescent Home.


Born in New Castle on December 9, 1941, Stanley was the son of the late Stanley and Sue M. Panella Rapchak.


Stanley was an electrical technician by trade. He had worked in the broadcasting field for General Electric, RCA, WBZY and WKST among others.
