Angelina M. Ognoskie Obituary

Angelina Mary Ognoskie was born to Joseph and Victoria Ognoskie August 16, 1938, in Hempstead TX. She passed on January 25, 2024, in the arms of loved ones. Angelina was a hard-working woman from the start, pulling cotton on her grandmother’s farm in the summers as a child. Her fondest memories were those times on the farm with her siblings where they worked hard and played when the work was done. Her family moved to Houston TX where she worked in a deli at 9 years of age, then waitressed as a teen. She later married and raised 4 children while running the family business. She relocated to Dallas TX in 1974 where she was a lead in the printed circuit board industry for 21 years. She retired to her daughter Victoria’s ranch in OK in 2004 where she lived for 20 years. She loved everything about the farm life just as she had as a child. Angelina was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Victoria Ognoskie, her sisters Lillie Clark and Clara Stolarski, her brother Sonny Ognoskie, her son Joseph Canfield, grandson Charles Canfield and granddaughter Gia Delancia. She is survived by her daughter Victoria Roberts and son in law Doug Roberts, her daughter Della Maldonado, and son Charles Canfield Jr, as well as grandchildren Christoper Canfield, Christina Canfield, Jodee Canfield and great grandchildren David Yelverton Jr, Julia Francis, Robert Ford Jr and Joseph Ford.

Our loving memories of Angelina will be cherished for eternity.
