Elizabeth Alice (Fraulino) Wilson passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on January 24, 2024 at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, Connecticut after a long illness with complications from diabetes. She was born on May 12, 1944 to the late Elizabeth Alice (Wilcox) and Amilcare Rosario Fraulino in Meriden, Connecticut. Elizabeth was the wife of the late Thomas Wilson of Middletown, Connecticut. Elizabeth was a graduate of Portland High School Class of 1962. She worked at Middlesex Hospital for many years until her retirement. Her family was her primary focus. She leaves to mourn her her devoted daughter Shana (Wilson) Cole (John), her devoted son William “Bill” Wilson (Laura), and her beloved son Thomas (Wilson) Vanderford (Shelly) of Corinth, Mississippi, her beloved granddaughter Heather (Demoranville) Ocasio (Lionel), her beloved grandson Charles Cole (Cailyn), her beloved grandson David Roman, her beloved granddaughter Madison Paige (Blake DeShazier), her adored four great-grandchildren Aiden Ocasio, Thomas James (TJ), Deya Lyric, and Navy Moon. She also leaves her sister Priscilla (Fraulino) Harkness, and her sister Violet (Fraulino) Agro. She also has several nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was predeceased by seven half-brothers and sisters: Anna Cecilia Fraulino, Samuel Michael Fraulino, Frank George Fraulino, William Michael Fraulino, Vincentia “Jenny” Elizabeth Fraulino, Columbia Rose Fraulino (Elizabeth’s Godmother), and Amilcare Joseph Fraulino. A memorial will be held on Saturday January 27, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Northford Community Church, 4 Old Post Road, Northford, Connecticut 06472 .
