<p>James Michael Gibson, 63, died Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington. Born January 9, 1961 in Harrodsburg he was the son of the late James Gibson, Jr. and Mary Hardin Gibson. He was a collector of many things and liked antiques. He was a former Turf Catering employee at Keeneland and a tradesman.<br></p><p><br></p><p>Survivors include one brother: Marty Gibson of Salvisa; four sisters: Sandra Medley of Mitchellsburg, Teresa (Al) Laymon of Harrodsburg, Karen Taylor of Moreland and Connie (Donnie) Adams of Harrodsburg; plenty of nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and his dog, Boomer also survive.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Lynn Releford officiating.
