Claude Donald Sturge
<p>Passed peacefully away on January 1, 2024 at home with his mom by his side, Claude Sturge age 46.</p><p><br></p><p>Claude was predeceased by his father Donald, infant sister Wendy, grandparents Rosie & Freeman Locke and Emma & William Sturge.</p><p><br></p><p>Left to mourn with broken hearts his mother Daphne, brother Cory (Tracy), nephew Matthew and a large circle of family and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Claude fought a courageous battle with cancer and no matter how much pain he endured he was always concerned about those around him.</p><p><br></p><p>He was described as a “Gentle Giant” by those who loved him dearly.</p><p>His memories now we will hold close to our hearts.</p><p><br></p><p>As per Claude’s wishes cremation has taken place.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024 at 2:00 pm. at The Salvation Army Glovertown.</p><p><br></p><p>Service will be live-streamed to Oram’s Funeral Home Facebook Page.</p><p><br></p><p>Donations in memory of Claude are gracefully excepted to offset any expenses.</p><p>E-transfers can be made to Claude’s mom at sturgedaphne@yahoo.ca. </p><p><br></p><p>Arrangements entrusted to the care of Oram’s Funeral Home Glovertown.</p><p><br></p>Obituary
