Bill Mouncey, beloved husband of the late Pauline Mouncey, of Carstairs, AB, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at the age of 94 years.

Bill was born in Hastings ON, on February 25, 1929.

In his younger years, Bill joined the U.S. Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. He spent many years working in telecommunications and retired from Bell Canada.

Bill is survived by his son Michael and his wife Leslie, their children Carrie and Ryan, and Carrie’s son Riley and daughter Charlie; his daughter Peggy and partner John; his daughter Amy and her husband Scott, and their son Blake. Bill was predeceased by his wife Pauline; his sisters, Valda, Keitha, and June; his brothers, James, Ross, and Don; and his sister-in-law Bet.

At Bill’s request, he will be cremated, and his ashes will be returned to one of his favourite places, the family cottage in French River, ON.
