Mary Wright Knight was born June 4, 1929 in Lancaster, SC. She was the daughter of Eliza Keye Wright and Brady Wright. Mary attended Buford School and retired from Grace Fabrication after 36 years of Service. She was married to Jack Knight for 47 years.

She is survived b y her sons, Jackie Knight (Peggy), Stanley Knight, 3 grandchildren, Mary Ann, Marie and David Knight, 2 great grandchildren, Christy and Josh Miller (Jessica), and 3 great great grandchildren Trent and Kyndall Glenn and Mason Miller.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her brothers and her sisters; J.A. Kkeye (Zulee), Paulene Graves, Vessie Morton (Silas), Wincy Anderson (Gene), Kenneth Wright (Mary), and Nancy Morton (Hoyle).

A visitation will be held from 1-2pm Thursday December, 28, 2023 at A Simple Service Funeral Home in Lancaster SC, with a funeral service at 2pm. Burial will follow in Zion United Methodist Church in Lancaster SC.
