<p>Utica, N.Y. – Evelyn Mary Rose (Panuccio) Baker, 62, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, December 18, 2023. Evelyn was born in Utica, NY, April 28, 1961, a daughter of the late Vincenzo and Carmella (Beradone) Panuccio. She was raised and educated locally, attending T.R. Proctor High School. She continued her education at the Utica School of Commerce l, where she was awarded an Associates Degree in Business Administration. On April 2, 1991, she married Donald J. Baker and the couple shared in a blessed union of over thirty-two years. Evelyn was the owner and operator of Benevolent Flowers Etc… located in Utica.</p><p>Evelyn was happiest when she was with her family, especially her grandchildren. She put the needs of others before her own and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.</p><p>She is survived by her husband, Donald; two sons, David Pasquale of Richfield Springs, and Michael Panuccio of Utica; a daughter, Michelle L. Rios of Utica; eight grandchildren, Elijah, Asher, and Abram Pasquale, Asia, Michael, and Isabella Panuccio, Christian Rios, and Kingston Rios; a sister, Antonetta Panuccio; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Nicholas and Terri Panuccio, and Michael Panuccio all of Utica; also many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, her mother-in-law, Mikki Baker of Chittenango; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Danette and Shawn Steding of Chittenango, Deborah and Tracy Miller of Bridgeport, and Darrin Baker of Chittenango. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Riki Antonuk, Catherine Panuccio, and Eleanor Panuccio; and two brothers, Carmen Panuccio and Vincent Panuccio.</p><p>In keeping with Mrs. Baker’s wishes all services will be held privately at the convenance of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Adrean Funeral Service, Inc., Utica., NY.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
