Elizabeth M. Csire, age 93 of Trumbull, loving wife to the late Joseph Csire passed away peacefully on, Sunday, December 17, 2023. Born in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Elizabeth Veres. Elizabeth was a life long Bridgeport area resident, until she moved to Trumbull Stern Village in 2005. She worked as a secretary for J.B. Martin and Cohen & Schmidt, and held various marketing positions after raising her family. She enjoyed cooking, baking, Turner Classic Movies, and spending time with her family, especially her two granddaughters.

Elizabeth leaves behind her two sons, Joseph A. Csire and his wife Cynthia of Trumbull, David M. Csire and his wife Joann of Guilford, and two granddaughters Lauren and Amy Csire.

Funeral Services will take place on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 10am in the United Church of Christ, 2180 North Ave, Bridgeport, followed by interment in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport. In abiding with her wishes, calling hours have been omitted. The Commerce Hill Funeral Home, 4798 Main St. Bridgeport has been entrusted with the service.
