Glenn E. Craig, age 68, Walton, formerly of Indianapolis, passed away unexpectedly at 4:29 p.m. Saturday, December 2, 2023, at his residence in Walton.

Born July 31, 1955, in Indianapolis, he was the son of Maynard and Yvonne Wright Craig.

He was married to Deborah “Debbie” Cathcart Maddox Craig, who survives.

Glenn was a fifth-generation self-employed bricklayer. He enjoyed fishing trips to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. He also enjoyed riding his dirt bike on local trails. More than anything, his family meant the world to him.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his children, Shawn Maddox, Kevin “Benji” (Melissa) Craig; siblings, Nadine Craig Vandergriff, Rex (Mary) Craig, Jim (Ruth) Craig, Diana Craig (Eric) Blad, Sandie Craig Wiegand; sister-in-law, Deanna Cathcart; brother-in-law, James Michael Cathcart; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by a son, Garth Maddox, his parents, Maynard and Yvonne Craig, and his parents-in-law, James and Shirley Cathcart.

A Celebration of Life for Glenn Craig will be held on Saturday, December 9th, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Those wishing to attend will know who to contact in the family for the location of the Celebration of Life.
