Narciso Arcala Arbis

<p>Narciso Arcala Arbis passed away peacefully at rest on November 30, 2023</p><p>Narciso is survived by his loving wife Glenda, their son Joseph, Olivia, Alexander and Benjamin Arbis, Amy, Alehtt and Kai Arbis. Nephew Arvin and Michael, niece Myra, their children and various cousins and in-laws and their families.</p><p>Narciso was predeceased by his youngest son, Crisanto Mathew Arbis, 12/19/1981 – 10/26/2023.</p><p>Narciso, Nar was born October 29th, 1945 in Tanza, Cavite, Philippines. Nar was raised by his loving mother, Encarnacion, along with his many aunts. He graduated from Mapua Institute of Technology in 1968, as a Mechanical Engineer. He worked in the Philippines before moving to Indonesia. After working in Indonesia for several years, he moved to the USA and from California to Washington where he met and married his wife, Glenda. With his wife and sons, he moved to the Southeast for work in the nuclear field. They raised their 2 boys to young adults before moving back to Washington State. He saw his boys off to Job Corp and then the military. Nar and Glenda moved back to the Tri-Cities in 2000, where he finished his career as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer. He retired in 2015 and he and Glenda traveled to Wyoming and later Montana to visit his son, Cris and his young family. In 2018 he saw the passing of his father-in-law and the marriage of his oldest son, Joseph, to Olivia. After 5 years of marriage Joseph and Olivia welcomed twin boys to the family and Nar became a “Lolo” once more.</p><p>Narciso leaves behind a legacy of love, strength and determination in a new generation of the Arbis family line. May he rest in peace knowing he did a job well done.</p><p>Viewing will be Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home with the Rosary at 6:00pm. The Memorial Mass will be Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 11:00am at Christ the King.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
