Ellen M. Stittleburg

<p>Ellen M. Stittleburg, age 74, of Cazenovia, WI, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on November 30, 1949 in Richland Center. She was the Salutatorian of the Weston High School graduating class of 1967. She attended MATC College for two years. She was employed at Grede Foundry in Reedsburg for 46 years, and was the first woman supervisor, retiring in 2014. Ellen was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Cazenovia, and Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Reedsburg. </p><p>She was preceded in death by her mother, Marcella Connors; twins Willis and Marcella Stittleburg; and her former husband, Gregory A. Stittleburg. </p><p>Ellen is survived by her children, Drago (Rita) Stittleburg of Cazenovia, and Amber Brown of Reedsburg; grandchildren: Lauretta, Esther, Glendon, Leah, Emily, Amanda, Jonathan, Melinda, Ruth, Willis, Jacob, Andrew, Christina, and Marcus Stittleburg, and Connor, Macey, Mia, Shelby and James Brown; great-grandson, Aiden Saunders; special cousin, Deb Ferguson of Cazenovia; along with other relatives and friends. </p><p>A Mass of Christian Burial for Ellen will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, December 11, 2023 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Cazenovia, with Father Nathan Thainase and Deacon Ron Pickar, co-officiating. Burial will follow in St. Bridget Catholic Cemetery in Westford Township. Visitation will be on Sunday, December 10 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Cazenovia Chapel with the rosary being prayed at 8:00 P.M. Visitation will also be on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the mass at the church. Memorials of remembrance may be made to St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. </p><p>The Farber Funeral Home, Reedsburg, is assisting the family. </p>
