ALVIN EARL HESLER, age 84 of Clanton, passed away on December 3, 2023 in Clanton, AL. He was born in Chilton County on May 23, 1939; the son of the late Alzie Hesler and the late Edith Morrison Hesler.

Earl was a former contractor who found his joy and passion in homebuilding.

He is survived by: Wife, Dollie B. Hesler of Clanton; Daughter, Lisa (Ray) Baker of Clanton; Daughter, Janet Roebuck (Emerson) of Clanton; Son, Jeffrey (Wanda) Minor of Clanton; Grandchildren: Logan Baker, Taylor (Alli) Baker, Jerome (Raven ) Minor,  Crystal Jones, Jason Bazzell, Jeffery Bazzell, and Derek Oates; 12 Great Grandchildren; 4 Nieces; and 1 Nephew.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 6:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Kelvin Smitherman and Rev. Arthur Davis officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

A family graveside service will be held the following day in the Popwell Cemetery in Clanton, AL.
