Sarah Florence Heil Moore, of Billings, MT, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023, after a long illness.

Sarah was born April 13, 1930 in Decatur, Illinois. She graduated Decatur High School class of 1948 and attended beauty school in Thermopolis, WY. There she worked as a beautician before moving to Billings where she married and raised five children.

She worked for Westmont as a personal care attendant, the Mental Health Center, and Yellowstone County.

She is survived by two daughters, Sue Burke (Rich) of Columbia Falls, MT, and Kathy Plumage (Keefer) of Billings, MT. Two sons, Clay Moore (Lennis) of Billings, MT, and John Moore of Portland, OR. Nine grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her son Bart Moore, mother Gladys Lonnie, father Louis E Heil, twin sister Deloris Bell, and brother Gene Heil.
