<p>Matthew Duane Cooper, age 34, a resident of Foreman, Arkansas, died Friday, December 1, 2023 near Crossroads, Arkansas.</p><p><br></p><p>Matt was born Saturday, April 8, 1989 in Texarkana, Texas.
