<p>Linda Joan Owens, age 70 of Garrett, Kentucky. Went to be with our Lord on Friday December 1, 2023, at her residence in Garrett, Kentucky. She was born on April 17, 1953, in Knott County, Kentucky to the late Shelby and Blanche Caudill Short. She was the wife of Bobby Owens.</p><p><br></p><p>Linda is survived by her Husband- Bobby Owens; Son- Robert Ray Owens; Daughter- Robin Renee Howard</p><p>Brothers- Larry and Ricky; Sisters- Faye, Sue, Diane, Janie, and Connie; Grandchildren- Brittany Owens, Danielle Ousley and LaKisha Ousley; 5 Great-Grandchildren. A host of Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Linda is preceded in passing by her Parents- Shelby and Blanche Caudill Short; Sister- Katherine.</p><p><br></p><p>The family will receive friends from 6PM-10PM Sunday December 3, 2023, and continue all day Monday December 4, 2023, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, KY.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be 11AM, Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral in Hindman, KY with Carl Watkins Jr. Officiating. Burial to follow at the Mountain Memory Gardens in Hindman, KY.
