Joseph Napoleon Bigeye Obituary

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Joseph “Joe” Napoleon Bigeye, late of Prince Albert, SK formerly of Black Lake, SK on November 30th, 2023, at the age of 74 years. Joe was born on May 16th, 1949, in Fort Smith, NWT to Celestine and Helen Bigeye. Joe will be lovingly remembered by his special friend Marie McKee; His daughter Karen Bigeye; his sons Joey Bigeye (Carrie), & Robin Robillard (Marietta); his grandchildren Richard Bigeye, Kyle Laban, Cheyanne Laban, Cyandra Laban, Greyson Bigeye, Jaxson Bigeye, Lilly McKay, Matthew Wolfe, Breanne Wolfe, Ayllsia Wolfe, & Lawrence Wolfe; his great-grandchildren Rayenn Constant, Zayden Constant, Ashton Laban, Phil Aistine, & Phillip Aistine; his sister Lucy Jobb (David, & Anita); his brothers Modest (Margaret) Bigeye (Charlotte Charlene, & Travis), Lou Martin (Florence) John & Family; his friends: Ernie Sauve, Stephen Custer, & Bernadette Donard; As well as numerous family and friends. Joe was predeceased by his parents Celestine (Helen) Bigeye; his sisters Marie Adele (Andrew) Sha’Oulle, Malaire (Medal) Cook, Marie (Ben) Toutsaint; his brothers Isadore Bigeye, John Louis Bigeye, John Baptiste Bigeye/Danttouze; his nieces & nephews Fred Bigeye, John Boy Jobb, Rose Toutsaint, Curtis Toutsaint, Marvin Bigeye, Theresa Bigeye, & Curtis Bigeye & his sister-in-law Elizabeth Bigeye. A Visitation Service will be held on Wednesday, December 6th, 2023, at noon at MacKenzie Chapel in Prince Albert, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 6th, 2023, at 1:00 PM at MacKenzie Chapel in Prince Albert, SK. The Officiant will be Deacon Lynn Ryan. The Eulogy will be read by Joey Sauve. The Drummers will be John Toutsaint & David Bigeye. The Honourary Pallbearers are David Bigeye, Shirley Laberte, John Toutsaint, Stephen Custer, Ernie Sauve, Modest Bigeye, Lucy Jobb, Lou Martin John, David Jobb, Margaret Bigeye, Anita Jobb, Annie Bigeye/Danttouze, Anntonnette Skull, and all those who shared in Joe’s life. The Pallbearers will be Robin Robillard, Rene Constant, Joey Bigeye, Leonard Stalthanee, Richard Bigeye, & Kyle Laban. The Interment will take place at the South Hill Cemetery in Prince Albert, SK.
