<p>Teresa Paliotta (Moretta), 104, passed away peacefully at home in Johnston, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.&nbsp;Born in Ponte Corvo, Italy she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Maria Civita (Pagliarini) Moretta. She was the wife of the late Francesco Vittorio Paliotta. </p><p>Teresa came to America in 1961 with her husband and three children. They made their home on Alverson Avenue in Providence. After her husband passed 42 years ago, Teresa moved to Johnston with her daughters. She is survived by her daughters Antonietta DiRaimo, with whom she lived, Rosa Paliotta, Maria Civita Fresilli and Maria Costrini. Loving grandmother of thirteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Domenico Moretta, Luca Moretta and Lucia Moretta. </p><p>Relatives and friends are invited to attend her VISITATION Monday morning 8:30-10:15 a.m.at “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home 600 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Rocco Church, Johnston.
