<p>James Michael Sullivan, proud Veteran, passed away November 28, 2023. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>James, fondly known as Jim was born to John &amp; Janice Sullivan in Alexandria, Virginia and spent the last 34 years in Humble, Texas. Jim battled cancer for many years but never gave up on the fight. “He was some kind of tough.” </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Jim was a Navy officer from 1978 to 1985 and awarded a medal for Good Conduct in 1982. He spent his career working as a Computer Tech Engineer for Baker Hughes and Champion Paper Mill. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Jim loved hunting and fishing as well as spending time with his family and friends. He loved the Atlantic ocean and or any place near a body of water. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Aside from his love for his family, fishing and hunting, Jim was passionate about helping others. </p><p><br></p><p>He had 28 years of sobriety and service helping with recovery. He was a loving father, husband, friend, firefighter, animal lover, bird watcher, photographer, concert enthusiast, Astros/Texans fan and a pillar of strength. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Jim is survived by his wife Vickie and her children. He is also survived by his former wife Beatrice and their three children, Jessica Lynn Sullivan, James Joseph Sullivan and wife, Brian Michael Sullivan and wife. He has nine grandchildren Payton, Raegan, Kaiden, Kambry, Alyssa, Alexus, Devyn, Aaron, Ravyn.
