<p>Jeff Holte, 60, of Williston, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at his Williston home surrounded by his family. In keeping Jeff's wishes, cremation has taken place under the care of Everson-Coughlin Funeral Home.</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 3, from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Everson Coughlin Funeral Home of Williston.</p><p><br></p><p>His Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 4 at 2:00 PM at Our Redeemer's Lutheran Church. Pastor Steve Lundblom will Officiate the Service.</p><p><br></p><p>Jeff was born was born on June 24, 1963. He was the son of Daryle and Opal Holte and Donna and Henry Neiss.</p><p><br></p><p>Jeff was full of life, “A Mountain of a Man” as described by Pastor Steve Lundblom. Jeff was proud of his family, his faith, and his career. As a young man, Jeff possessed an unmatched work ethic, starting out at the bottom and working his way to the top of the Oilfield business. His knowledge and charismatic personality made him a legend in the Oilfield winning the Outstanding Achievement Award in 2021.</p><p><br></p><p>Jeff enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. He and his son Garrett went on many hunting trips together. As an avid fisherman, he was a founding member of the Outlaw Fishing Tournament. In his younger days, Jeff enjoyed Motorcross, working cattle with his dad Daryle and golfing with his stepfather, Henry. He was a “Jack of all trades” and was able to build or fix just about anything. Jeff was the go-to guy for helping with projects.</p><p><br></p><p>The most important thing to Jeff was his family. He was always planning the next family adventure for everyone to enjoy! Jeff established a beautiful oasis at Blacktail Dam where his family could gather and create many memories. He loved barbeques, themed parties, surfing, tubing and corn hole tournaments-where he was the champ. Time spent at Blacktail around a bonfire, and boating on the water will be treasured memories for his family.</p><p><br></p><p>Jeff’s devotion to his wife, Kim was endless. He treated her like a queen and the beautiful family they created is a reflection of the love they have shared. Jeff was a mentor to his children encouraging their success, giving advice and cheering them on in their personal endeavors.</p><p><br></p><p>Jeff was a fun-loving thrill seeker. He loved to pull pranks, joke with friends and give people nicknames. As a dance dad for 4 daughters, he attended countless recitals and competitions cheering and critiquing their performances. He always wore his best fan gear and had encouraging words for his dance daughters.</p><p><br></p><p>Jeff was one of a kind with his “go big or go home” style. He was a blessing to his family, and they miss him immensely, yet they find comfort in the knowledge that his strong faith has led him to the everlasting arms of the Lord.</p><p><br></p><p>Jeff is survived by the love of his life, Kim; their children Joscelyn (Kirby) Lynch, Jessica (Parker) Moran, Garrett Holte, Jurni Holte, Jaylie Holte; 7 grandchildren, Mattie, Emmet, Nolyn, Graci, Boston, Jax, and Iver; parents, Daryle and Opal Holte, and Donna Neiss; sisters, Connie Sass, Debbie Williams; step brothers, Blaine (Jodee) Bjella, Brent (Kristi) Bjella; aunt Linda Faye (Gary) Raan; uncle Vernell Holte; his boss and mentor for many years David “Pete” Peterson; nieces, nephews, and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Preceding him in death were his stepfather Henry Neiss; uncle Duane Holte; grandparents, Ole and Eleanor Holte, Lloyd and Josie Kittelson.</p><p><br></p><p>Friends are welcome to visit www.eversoncoughlin.com to share memories of Jeff or leave condolences for his family.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
