<p>Gerald L. Collins, 91, of Loveland passed away Monday, November 20, 2023 at North Shore Health and Rehab in Loveland. He was born May 18, 1932 on the family farm in Galeton, CO to Dennis and Pansy Collins. Jerry grew up in Galeton. He married Clarice Cazer on November 8, 1953 and they started their family in Greeley and later moved to Loveland where they were members of Galilee Baptist Church. </p><p><br></p><p>Jerry had worked as a farmer, a carpenter and at Woodward Governor for 31 years as a Machinist. He loved doing woodwork and could build and do almost anything. </p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his children; Carolyn Broadwater and husband Terry of Mountainview, Wyoming, Sherri Jones and husband Dick of Ramah, Colorado, Kathy Ammendolia of Loveland and Curt Collins and wife Patricia of Loveland; grandchildren, Erik Temple, Laura Golay, Jeremy Jones, Jason Jones, Bryce Ammendolia, Alex Collins and Travis Collins; great-grandchildren, Bradley Golay, Jack and John Golay, Cody Jones, Wyatt Jones, Jack Ammendolia, Sawyer Ammendolia and Reece Ammendolia; and his brother, Charles “Oz” Collins and wife Ruth of Galeton. He was preceded by his parents, his wife and a brother, Gene Collins.</p><p><br></p><p>Jerry’s Life Celebration will be held at 11:00a.m. Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Adamson Life Celebration Home.
