The family suggests memorials in Mick's name to the Norfolk Rescue Mission.</p><p><br></p><p>Mick passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at Franciscan Healthcare in West Point, NE.</p><p><br></p><p>Maxine (Mick) Sue Petz was born February 5, 1947 to Emil and Johanna (Holub) Vogltance at West Point, NE. She attended Guardian Angels grade school and graduated in 1965 from Central Catholic.</p><p><br></p><p>She was united in marriage to Larry Petz on July 3, 1966 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in West Point, NE.</p><p><br></p><p>Survivors include- husband Larry; son Dave (Carrie) Petz and daughter Laura (Wm. Jon) Hansen all of West Point; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brother Bob Vogltance of West Point; sisters Joan (Allen) Priebnow of West Point and Jean (Jerry) Swanson of Cedar Rapids, IA; sisters-in-law-Jeanette Flock and Wanda Larsen both of Bancroft.</p><p><br></p><p>Preceded in death by her parents; daughter Shelly; brother Richard nephews Shane Vogltance and Nolan Flock; nieces Collette Schilling and Lee Ann Larsen; sister-in-law Marg Vogltance; brothers-in-law Donn Larsen and Duane Flock.</p>Obituary
