Thomas Keeney Kelley Jr. passed away on Wednesday November 15,2023 at the Emporia Health and Rehabilitation in Emporia, Va. he was 82.

Mr. Kelley graduated Park View High School in 1958. He joined the Marines in 1958. He joined the army in 1962 till 1978.

After he retired from the military he drove for several trucking companies in the state.

He was predeceased by his parent Thomas Keeney Kelley and Willie Ann Thompson Kelley.

Mr. Kelley had a undying love for his many dogs that he cared for.

A graveside Memorial Service will be held on Monday November 20, 2023 at 2pm at Bethany Baptist Church
