Maysville - Phoebe Frances Coffey, 91, passed away Wednesday February 21, 2018 at Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. She was the widow of Raleigh Coffey. Mrs. Coffey was born May 3, 1926 in Fleming County to the late James and Etta Hester Bailey. She was a retired nurse aide who worked for Hayswood and later Meadowview Hospital. In her spare time, she loved to crochet. Survivors include her grandchildren, Eddie Davis of Lawrenceburg, Sheri Davis of Danville; Larry Michael Coffey of Mt Carmel, Jason Coffey of Maysville, and Sandi Coffey Edminston of Ripley; and great-grandchildren, Eric and Lucille Wilham, Travis and Logan Davis, Cody and Brandon Coffey, Robert and Mary Beth Plummer, Jasmon, Jade and Nathan Coffey; and a sister, Ruth Litzinger of Augusta In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her children Patricia Davis and Larry Coffey; brothers, Charles, Woodford, and Calvin Coolidge Bailey and grandsons, Eric Davis and Chris Coffey. Services for Phoebe Coffey will be held at 3 p.m. Monday February 26, 2018 at Brell & Son Funeral Home with James Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in Maysville Cemetery.
