Age 71, of Sewell, New Jersey, on Saturday, October 21, 2023. Beloved wife of Patrick Dougan. Devoted mother of Shawn and Jennifer Dougan. Loving grandmother of Tyler, Kylie, and Fynn. Dear sister of Colleen Fogle, Richard O’Toole, Wendy Tester, and Terry O’Toole.

If there ever was a woman destined to be a mom and grandmother, it was Joyce. She loved her husband, children, and grandchildren fiercely. She was loved unconditionally and will be deeply missed.

Friends received from 3-7 p.m. on Friday at ANTHONY G. STAAB FUNERAL HOME, INC., 900 Chartiers Ave., Pgh, PA 15220. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 a.m. in Ascension Church of St. Philip Parish, 114 Berry St., Pgh, PA 15205. Burial will be held privately. 

In lieu of flowers, Joyce's family suggests donations be made, in Joyce’s memory, to the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research,(www.stopsarcoidosis.org)
