Glenda Marie Kellerman Kelley of Milesburg passed away Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Mount Nittany Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born October 17, 1954, the daughter of James Thomas Kellerman and Betty Jean Shaffer Kellerman. On May 29, 1989 she married Frank E. Kelley, who survives at the home they both loved in Milesburg along with beloved nieces Amy Lucas Miller, Barbara Lucas, Ginger Hedrick and nephew Jeff Lucas. She also dearly loved her nieces by marriage Michelle Kelley Kennedy, Renee Kelley Kennedy and nephew Michael Kelley. She will be heartbreakingly missed by her rowdy little dachshund Carmen and somewhat missed-usually in absentia but most notably at mealtimes-by a cat named Rodie.

She was employed by Royer Amusement & Vending, Keystone Scientific Systems, the American Philatelic Society and Penn State Law at Penn State University. Glenda was a member of the Milesburg Presbyterian Church where she was also an ordained church elder and treasurer.

A Celebration of her life will be held Sunday, October 1, 2023 at the Milesburg Presbyterian Church at 2:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Milesburg Presbyterian Church Deacons Fund in Glenda’s name, P. O. Box 837, Milesburg, PA 16853.
